Tip: Filter Google Analytics 4 Data by City, State
Go to Reports > Users > Demographics overview and click on "View countries."
Click the “Add comparison +” button at the top of the dashboard.
Click “Region” to filter by a particular state (or multiple states). Type the state you want into the search box, and when you see it in the dropdown menu, click the checkbox to the left.
Repeat to filter by City, changing the “Region” option to “City.”
To see only data from that state in your dashboard, X out the All Users comparison at the top.
Now your dashboard will only display data from users who accessed your site/app within the selected region/city.
