Tip: Follow Instagram Hashtags (But Not Specific Users)
Looking for more Instagram content around a particular subject, but don’t know where to start?
All you need to do is follow a hashtag, or some related hashtags, and you’ll start to see relevant posts in your feed.
This is great if you want to learn more about #SourdoughBread or you cover #MiamiCrime or #SeattleTransport, for example, but you don’t want to follow a bunch of new accounts. (Hashtags are not case-sensitive, BTW.)
Here’s how to do it:
(Tap the Instagram post for a visual guide)
Go to the search tab
Type the hashtag you want to follow
(If you type a broad term, you’ll see the exact match, plus related suggestions)Tap into that hashtags tab
Tap the blue follow button
You’ll now begin to see posts related to that hashtag in your feed, even from accounts you don’t follow
Bonus tip: Remember that emojis are hashtags on Instagram, too. So don’t just check out, #Baseball when you can also check out #⚾️

Analysis: Avoid this Google Analytics 4 Setup Mistake
By now I have set up dozens upon dozens of Google Analytics 4 dashboards. I have also helped lots of websites who already had GA4 installed and needed a second set of eyes.
Today I would like to share one of the more common (and easier-to-commit) errors I have seen. (I’m thinking about covering other setup mistakes in the future depending on feedback, so let me know what you think.)
